A) How to apply?

1. The Buyer must register with the Company before the Buyer is able to bid on the Website.
2. Click here to register.
3. Successful applicants will receive an email notification. Successful applicants will also be given a Login User name and a password to use with the system.

C) What are the Operation Hours?

1. Tender takes place on a weekly basis.
2. Tender List is available on every Tuesday by 6pm. Cars are available for viewing from 10 am to 4 pm on Wednesdays and 10 am to 1pm on Thursdays.
3. On line tender closes at 3pm on Thursdays.

E) What is the Tender Process?

1. Vehicles for Tender can be viewed from our website www.sdaswholesale.com.sg. Only Members may register their bids.
2. As each Bid is registered, an e-mail response is sent automatically from the Website to the Bidder.
3. The Company, at its sole discretion, may accept a Bid, which may not be the highest Bid.
4. The Company will notify the Buyer of the Vehicle details of the successful bid(s) and will then raise a Vehicle Sales Agreement (VSAT) followed by an invoice for the Buyer of the Vehicle(s).

F) Second Round Tender Process

1. Top 5 bidders may be invited through email into a second round of electronic bidding after the first round of tender is closed. The second round of tender will open at a predetermined timing following the first tender close and this session will last for 30 minutes.
2. Top 5 bidders need to re-login into our portal www.sdaswholesale.sg again to revise their bids.
3. Top 5 bidders can increase their offer or maintain their original bids.
4. Status of award will be updated in system after closing. Dealers can log in to view.
5. Dealer will get an email notification on the successful results.
